He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Bishop (John Bishop) and Herbert Taylor (Colette Taylor); his wife Kimberly Taylor; his children, Michael Lewis Taylor, Jr. (Christiana Cornette) of Missouri, Timothy Blake Taylor of Bowling Green, Jacob Chase Taylor of Glasgow, Jennah Shelyn Rogers, Nathaniel Dewayne Rogers of Glasgow and Hunter Ray Rogers of Glasgow; and his siblings, Tony Taylor (Angela Wilson), Wayne Houchens and Michelle Houchens (Chris Spencer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
