She is survived by: her parent Allie Denise Franklin Ward; her daughter Debbie Wells (Gary) of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Jamey Wells (Amber) of Glasgow, Jennifer Kelly (Brandon) of Glasgow, Scotty Spann (Beth) of Glasgow and Sharon Spann of Glasgow; her great grandchildren, Jaydon, Corbin, Cash Wells, Jace Kelly, Conner Spann, Madison Spann, Ashaya Houchens (Wesley), Tyler Likens and Mikayla Hurt; her great great grandchildren, Weston and Wyatt Houchens; her husband Clemmie Leo Chapman; her daughter Brenda Chapman; and her siblings, Frank, Malcolm, Calvin Ward, Mallie Reece, Marie Castetter and Adria Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
