She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Melton, Sr. and Nina P. Davis; her siblings, Shirley Davis and Tommy Branham; and her nephew Phillip D. Taylor, Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Riddle; her daughter Jessie Riddle; her siblings, Martha Garmon, Delsie Bruton, Billy Branham and Allen Davis (Trish); her siblings' children, Paula Gaye Branham, Dana Polson (Shane), Christy Jones, Amber Jones, Kali Davis, Waylon Rush, Donnie Whitlow, Jamie Chapman, Tommy Davis, Trevor Davis, Gage Jones and Nathan Jones; her cousin Sharon Kimbrough; and her close friends, Tracy, Alex, Amy, Logan Mathews and Zack Johnson.
