He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Gyle; his son Jeff Shaw; his siblings, Nina Morgan, Mary Coulter and Gary Wayne Shaw; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Hurt and Jesse Coulter.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Jackson Norris Shaw; his children, Sharon Adkins, Linda Stewart (Joe), Tim Shaw (Janice) and Chris Shaw; his grandchildren, Tara Ladd (Matt), Cody Stewart (Bethany Richards), Tyler Shaw, Madison Shaw, Michelle Adkins and Michael Adkins (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Johnny Shaw (Brenda) and Delsie Hurt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
