He was predeceased by: his son Raymond Stephens; and his siblings, Hearld Stephens, Earl Stephens and Margaret Short. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Stephens (Christine) of Mt. Sterling and Tammy Stephens Jarman of Winchester; and his siblings, Byron Stephens (Doris) of Mt. Sterling, Helen Curtis (Jerry) of Mt. Sterling and Betty Stevens of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
