He was predeceased by: his children, Alice Thurman, Keith Kramer and Michael Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Simmons Kramer of Glasgow; his daughter Rita Boss (Thomas) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Tommy Boss, Brandy Boss, Timmy Boss, Alisa Walker (Bryan), Dale Jr. Hurt (Sherri), Jason Hurt (Katie) and Joseph Hurt; and his great grandchild Sixteen.
