He was predeceased by: his parent Augustus Edward Wheeler; and his siblings, Leroy Wheeler, Tommy Wheeler, Anna Francis Wheeler and Nadine Webb.
He is survived by: his parent Oma Logsdon Wheeler; his wife Doris France Wheeler of Glasgow; his son Mike Wheeler (Myra) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Tyler Wheeler of Bowling Green and Ashley Wheeler of Glasgow; and his siblings, Richard Wheeler (Liz) of Harriman, TN and Elnora Cox of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
