Johnston of Springfield, MO; her sibling's children, Olivia, Wyatt and Michael Johnston; her close friend Trinity Estes; and her son Auden. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Tina's sons, Sage and Jesse Carver for their benefit.
