She is survived by: her son Russell Collins of Parker Lake, KY; her grandson Earl Wayne Collins of Lockard; her daughters, Marie Opal Collins of Horse Creek and Irene Smith (Ralph) of Lily, KY; and her siblings, Dock Lawson of Roark, June Lawson of Little Creek, Pearlie Profitt (George) of Little Creek and Hazel Gray of Little Creek.
