She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Henry and Barbara Ruth Krusenklaus; her brother Jay Owens; and her grandson Cory Raybrook. She is survived by: her husband Howard "Howdie" Clausen Jr.; her children, Jerry Clausen (Irene), Tommy Clausen (Anita) and Heather Couch (Jason); her sister Dana Ragsdale; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Reck.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Patty Clausen.
