He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Hargis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Will Raley of Gravel Switch, Jacqueline Tucker of Frankfort and Connie Semones (David) of Frankfort; his mother Dorothy Louise Ruark; his siblings, Cindy Wooldridge and Mike Raley (Kim); and his nephew Zachary Patrick (Rachel). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
