She is survived by: her brothers, Ralph Webb, Jr., Drafting Engineer and DuPont; her husband Mark Hignutt; her children, Robert Mark Hignutt (Jeannette) of Enumclaw, WA and Amanda Hignutt of Huntington, WV.; and her brother Don Webb (Donna).
