With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Adam Scott Milby of Greensburg, Kentucky, born in Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 44. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Dean and Marcia Milby (Thompson); and his grandson Kyler Jo Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Sally Milby (Couch); his daughter Savannah Jewel; his stepchildren, Ashley Shirley (Evan), Melissa Daniels and Sarah Littrell (Ron); his sister Karen Campbell; his grandchildren, Jaxton Young and Hunter Tyler; and his close friends, David Clore, Christopher Clark and Jon Jacobs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens (700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
