She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lewis Penick and Marie Wilson Antle Penick; and her brothers, Randall and Marvin Penick. She is survived by: her children, Charles Keith Dobson (Pam) of Summersville, Kim Hutcherson of Greensburg, Terri Denham of Greensburg and William Meredith (Amanda) of Shepherdsville; and her grandchildren, Nicki Mitchell, Tasha Buckner, Alex Hutcherson, Ceanna Denham, Bryan Mixon and Addison Meredith. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
