He was predeceased by : his mother Ann Whittlesey Clark. He is survived by : his father Oscar Earl Clark of Greensburg; his brother Laurence; his sister-in-law Tammy Clark of New Hampshire; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Keith Allen Sr. of Donansburg; his aunts and uncles, Susan Whittlesey of Washington, D. C., David, Regine Whittlesey of Maine, Jane Winn of Massachusetts, Bruce Winn of Massachusetts, Alice Blevin of New Hampshire and Ronnie Clark of Nevada; his nieces and nephews, Keith Jr., Christy of Colorado, Darcie of New Hampshire, Duane Crate of New Hampshire, Andrea of New Hampshire, Russell Christian of New Hampshire, Samantha Bergeron of New Hampshire, Jason Mackey, Brian and Tiffany Clark; his great-nephew Conner of New Hampshire; and his close friends, Adam Rainwater of Greensburg and Anita Finnell of New Hampshire.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Carol Ann Foundation which can be made at the funeral home.
