With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Worthington of Greenup, Kentucky, born in Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Worthington to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Russell and Elsie Hollister Worthington. He is survived by: his sister Marcia Adkins; his wife Eileen Frances O'Connor Worthington; his children, Sean O'Connor of Flatwoods, Mark Worthington of Lexington, Brian Worthington and Caitlin Worthington; and his sisters, Carol Suchow (Dale) of Buffalo, NY, Janet Mangan (Mike) of Indiana and Wendy Kiser (Duayne) of Flatwoods. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
