She is survived by : her husband James "Dewey" Grace of Greenville; her son Jason Grace (Anna) of Covington, IN; her grandchildren, Jordan Grace and Mason Grace; and her sister Peggy Hooks (Charlie) of Hendersonville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved.

“I am very sorry to hear of Mrs. Grace’s passing and health problems. My mother worked with her for a number of years, across the hall. We all thought highly of her. One funny memory I have of her is running into her and Penny Roberts one day, and Penny asking me what I thought of my mom retiring.. At that time Mom was planning to work another year or so, until she went to a retirement party Mrs. Grace hosted for another teacher the night before. For a long time I asked what was in the punch”
