He is survived by: his sons, Larry McIntosh of Greenville and Jerry McIntosh (Cindy) of Mayfield; and his siblings, Darrell, David McIntosh of Greenville, Eual McIntosh of Benton, Thelbert McIntosh of Seymour and Kathleen Willis of Greenville.
