She was predeceased by : her parents, William Busick and Wilma Busick; her brothers, Billy Wayne and Jesse Busick; and her daughter Anesa Rackstraw.

She is survived by : her husband Gaynam R. Rackstraw; her children, Gaynam B. Rackstraw (Alexis) and Amy Swindle (Michael); her grandchildren, Jacob Muniz, Conner, Myles Swindle, Mackenzie Bradley, Riley and Avery Rackstraw; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Busick, Rhonda Davis and Jack Davis. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
