He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton Lee and Corine Lee; and his sister Jan Nelson. He is survived by : his wife Tracy Basham Lee; his children, Sara Ferguson of Powderly and Waylon Lee (Brianna) of Central City; his grandsons, Isaiah Ashby and Waylon Chance Lee II; his siblings, Sharon Page, Vickie Johnson, Stacy Burden and Doug Browne; and his pet Titan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Emberry Cemetery (Emberry Rd, Kentucky 42345).
