She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Moore and James Otis Moore; her husband Jack Morehead; her siblings, Paul Moore, James Moore, Franklin Moore, Margie Draper, Mary Day, Mildred Crick, Gladys Stanley, Helen Marie Moore and Ruth Ann Moore; and her granddaughter Melissa Cobb.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Underwood (Duke), Jewel Cotton (Charlie), Brenda Knight (Levon), Phyllis Cobb (Donnie) and Linda Looney; and her siblings, Robert Moore (Chris) and Shirley Pendley. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
