He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Lewis (Eddie) and Julie Simms (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Will Lewis, Madison Simms, Cole Lewis and Alex Simms; his wife Carolyn Sue Knight; and his siblings, Charles W. Knight and Carolyn Cavanaugh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
