He was predeceased by: his wife Alma Louise Davis; his parents, Collas Davis and Myrtis Davis; his siblings, Edwina Davis, Virginia "Snook" Carter, Hannah Knight, Collas Davis Jr. and Randal Davis; his son Richie Davis; and his grandson Logan Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Davis (Elizabeth) and Amy Davis; his grandchildren, Cory Davis (Jenny), Bradley Davis (Lauren), Haley Dickens (Luke), Emma Bethel, Lanie Mattingly (Austin), Nicholas Dillehay, Arlo, Oliver, Rex, Leo, Jerry, Alexander and Miles; his sister Carlotta Fulkerson (Wayne); and his in-laws, Karla Davis and Mike Bethel. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gary's Funeral Home (405 Hopkinsville St, Greenville, KY 42345). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Gary's Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
