He was predeceased by : his parents, Percy Douglas and Rena Owens Douglas; and his brothers, Eugene Douglas and John Henry Douglas. He is survived by : his wife Beatrice Douglas; his children, Charles Douglas, Jr., Linda Douglas and Cynthia Douglas; and his sister Margaret Douglas Cargle (Horace). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
