He was predeceased by : his son Trenten Rhinehart; and his grandparents, Buster and Josie Mills. He is survived by : his parents, Sylvia Dowell of Harned, KY and Kenny Mills of Ekron, KY; his brothers, Eric Mucker of McDaniels, KY and Derrick Rhinehart (Reba) of Hardinsburg, KY; his half-sister Katina Mills of Irvington, KY; his grandparents, Margaret Mucker of Hardinsburg, KY and Jerry Thomas Mucker of Louisville, KY; and his nephew Treyton Mucker.
