She is survived by : her parents, Jesse Fugate and Marilyn Fugate; her children, Chelsey Campbell, Abigail Fugate, Madison Wade, Landon Rowe and Braylen Rowe; and her sisters, Brenda Cesefske (Terry), Darlene Fugate (Mark), Lisa Fugate (Robert), Michelle Guenther (John) and Tracy Fugate.
