It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Jones (Hardshell, Kentucky), who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brothers, Sam Jones and George Jones; his son Ison John Vernon Jones; his wife Matilda Jane Dykes Jones of Hardshell; his children, David Jones (Betty), Victor Jones Jr., Jeanette Shouse (Ernest), Mary Lou Cundiff (Eugene), Martha Rose Johnson (Oscar), Faye Jones and Marie Haddix (Donnie); his siblings, Bill Jones, Lindell Jones (June), Charlie Jones (Rose), Mavis Haight, Ollie Turner (James) and Pearl Noble (Orlando); and his grandsons, Sky Johnson, Charles Shouse, Michael Shouse, Kevin Cundiff, Eugene Cundiff Jr., Bradley Kipp, David Jones II, Caleb Haddix, Jacob Haddix and Cody Cundiff. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great grandchildren with a host of nieces and nephews.
