We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jewell Overbay of Harlan, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Colemen Tillery and Knewanee Welch Tillery; and her husband Omer Overbay, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Overbay (Debbie), David Overbay (Diane) and Renee Hill (David); her grandchildren, Drew Overbay, Stephen Overbay (Kaitlyn), Micheal Rigney, Jessie Rigney (Charity), Dalton Overbay (Haley), Ashley Adams (Bradley), Tori Brock (Micheal), Brandon Hill (Savannah) and Blake Jones; and her siblings, Neil, Richard, Ronnie, Bonnie, Mike, Doug and Jesse "Pug". She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to Bluegrass Care Navigators in honor of Jewell Overbay.
