She is survived by: her husband Wm Bradley Smith; her children, Michelle Peavler (Ronnie), Bradley Smith III (Alisha) of Harrodsburg, KY and Chris Smith of Harrodsburg, KY; her sister Penny Warner of Mackville, KY; her grandsons, Nick Mann (Kelsey), Justin Mann (Emma), Alex Smith, Conner Smith and Weston Mann; and her great grandchildren, Alivia Mann, Waylon Mann, Nick Mann, Justin Mann, Alex Smith and Conner Smith Weston Mann.
