He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Dale Taylor Sr. and Roberta Jackson (Bryant); and his siblings, Brian Jackson, Lisa Marrow and Bonnie Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lamb Taylor; his sons, Casey Taylor (Carolee) of Mercer Co and Spencer Taylor (Cassidy) of Owensboro, KY; his sister Gloria Peavler (Steve) of Danville, KY; his stepmother Evelyn Taylor of Harrodsburg, KY; his half-brother Dennis Jackson of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Anderson, Jake, Raegan, Hudson, Camry, Asa, Remi, Merritt and Grey Taylor.
