We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2025, at the age of 89, Henry Francis Hafer Jr. of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Maysville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Alan Hafer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Cynthia Jones (Robin) and Beverly Brosenitsch (Tim); his daughter-in-law Linda Hafer; his grandchildren, Amanda Hafer, Daniel Jones, Tara Stanek, Matthew Jones, Emily Stanek, Sean Stanek and Sarah Higdon (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Chloe Stanek and Lexi Stanek Williams; and his siblings, Donna Kendall, Robert Hafer and Jerry Hafer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
