He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carroll and Marjorie Marie Grubbs Williams; and his siblings, Kenny, Bruce Williams, Judy Gail Williams and Becky Harmon.
He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Williams of Stanford, Jamie Williams of Junction City and Anthony Williams of Danville; his close friend Sheila Williams of Harrodsburg; his siblings, Carroll Williams (Betty) of Harrodsburg, Stevie Williams (Darlene) of Burgin, Mark Williams (Deidra) of Harrodsburg, Phyllis Williams of Harrodsburg, Denise Bradford (Scott) of Salvisa, Lisa Garrison of Lawrenceburg and Rita Elliott (John) of Mercer County; and his grandchildren, Austin, Evan, Hunter, Tristan, Gracie, Jentry, Destini, Maycee, Everly, Azzriella and Ivar Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
