She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee Andrews and Mary Ann Vaughn (Dean); her children, Maurice Hayes and Tashina Hayes; and her brother Wayne Andrews.
She is survived by: her daughter Clarissa Michelle Hayes of Harrodsburg; her siblings, Lee Ann Harris (Shawn) of Danville, Chestina Richards (Tony) of Versailles, Larry Andrews of Harrodsburg, James Elery (Frances) of Harrodsburg, James Jackson of Lexington, Eldon Price of Lexington and Sylvester Young of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Vandale Hayes, Nevaeh Hayes and Deozjiah Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Centennial Baptist Church (291 West Ln, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (407 Cornishville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
