He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulys Granville and Sophia Ellen Morris; his son Roger K. Morris; and his sisters, Anna Mary Snell and Mabry Embry.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Marie Morris; and his children, Jeffrey G. Morris (Rhonda) of Horse Branch, James R. Masterson (Amanda) of Owensboro, Kentucky and Janet L. Higdon (John) of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren who were his pride; several nieces, nephews and many many friends.
