He is survived by: his children, Rebekah Clark of Hartford, Robert Willoughby (Melisa) of Ridgeway, IL and Andy Crowe (Ashleigh) of Terre Haute, IN; his siblings, Gary Felty of Hartford, Gilbert Felty of Hartford, Margaret Felty of Hartford, Pamella Felty of Hartford, Paulla Felty of Hartford, Cathy Mullins (Elbert) of Hartford, Elaine Felty of Hartford and Janice Hutchison of Hartford; and his grandchildren, Alissia Filback, Little Ira, Turner Crowe, Megan Willoughby, Jaelyn Duvall, Noah Willoughby, Jase Duvall, Cale Willoughby and Chase Willoughby.
