He was loved and cherished by many people including: the mother of his children Evon Fulkerson; his daughter Lori Ann Fulkerson; his mother Laura "Bug" Carter Fulkerson; his children, Tom Fulkerson (Lisa Fields) of Hartford, James Dean Fulkerson of Hartford, Richard Lewis Fulkerson (Nikki) of Utica, Emma Fraim (Darrel) of Owensboro and Adriene Rosendo of Owensboro; his father Thomas Estil Fulkerson of Hartford; and his siblings, Tom Fulkerson of Hartford, Dubby Fulkerson of Hartford, Marvin Fulkerson of Hartford and Patricia Smallwood of Hartford. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
