We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2018, at the age of 91, Juanita Faye Coppage (Hartford, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hugh "Bob" Coppage; and her brother Darrell Thomas "Tommy" Hoover. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. "Robby" Coppage (Charlotte), Hugh Coppage (Martha), Joey Coppage (Pam) and Sheri Coppage Coots (Ron) of Hartford; and her sister Angela Rae Hudson of Hartford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of Ohio County, 107 Gillespie St, Hartford, KY 42347.
