We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2019, at the age of 92, Mattie R. Phillips (Hartford, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence M. "Doc" Phillips; and her siblings, James Duff Ralph, John "Buddy" Ralph and Annetta Rae Ralph. She is survived by: her children, Judy Farley (Larry) of Columbus, Becky Payton (Chris) of Hartford and Lisa Cottrell (Mark) of Petersburg Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Ohio County, 1211 Old Main Street Hartford, Kentucky.
