Carmel and Sheila Fields of Hartford, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jim Smith of Chicago, Mike Smith of Evansville, Brad Smith (Molly) of Nashville and Ryan Fields of Owensboro, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Smith and Emily Smith; and her sister Peggy Daugherty of Owensboro.
