She is survived by: her son Slone Farley of Beaver Dam; her mother Deborah "Debbie" Martin (Glenn) of Beaver Dam; and her sisters, Jennifer Callaway (Peabody) of Beaver Dam, Kimberly Farley-Daugherty of Hartford and Cherie Stanley-Stone (Danny) of Beaver Dam.
