She is survived by: her husband Jeff Fugate; her parents, Mark Michienzi (Sherry) and Debbie Jones (Steve); her children, Aiden Maguire Fugate of Hazard, KY, Eleri Brennan Fugate of Hazard, KY and Graecen Quinn Fugate of Hazard, KY; her siblings, Matthew Michienzi of California, Michael Michienzi (Vanessa) of Arkansas and Dana Michienzi of Knoxville, TN; and her parents-in-law, David and Helen Fugate.
