He is survived by: his wife Linda Asher Deaton; his children, Leslie Combs (John) of Cold Springs, KY and Kevin Wayne Deaton; his stepdaughter Allison Asher; his siblings, Jerry Deaton of Hazard, KY, Eddie Deaton (Susan) of Hazard, KY, Ronnie Deaton (Pam) and Karen Gatewood (Greg) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayden, Alex, Abby and Austen; his mother-in-law Allie Asher; and his sister-in-law Jackie Asher (Roger Todd Bowling). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
