He is survived by: his children, Curtis Jr. Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky, Luke Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky, Edna Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky and William Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky; his siblings, Grovie Phillips Adkins of Beattyville and William Stevie Phillips of Beattyville; and his siblings' children, Junior, Jeff, Caleb, Jimmy, John, Paul Allen, Rose Mary, Donna, Aneda, Teresa Rae, Tiny, Sharon, Valerie, JoAnn, Angie, Ruby, Pauline, Tammy, Stephanie and Charity. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
