It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Adam Ryan Clayton of Hebron, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Leah Clayton; his children, Nolan and Savannah Clayton; his parents, Mark Clayton and Rhonda Clayton; his sister Ashley Clayton (Stephen Thomas); his grandparents, Shirley Clayton, Marvin and Wilma Jones; his parents-in-law, Frank and Debbie Bonfilio; and his siblings-in-law, Erin Callery and Ben Bonfilio (Stephanie). He is also survived by numerous loving aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
