She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Jean Moseley of Little Dixie, Kentucky, Edward Michael Fletcher (Donna) of Little Dixie and Charles Alan Fletcher (Karen) of Robards, Kentucky; and her siblings' children, Rachel Garrison of Birmingham, Ala, Joseph Michael Fletcher of Little Dixie, Meredith Lindsey Fletcher of Little Dixie, Erin Peirce of Louisville, Joshua Fletcher of Greensboro and Jonathan David Ross of Baskett, Kentucky. She is also survived by four great-nieces and three great-nephews.
