He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Kurtz of Henderson, KY; his daughters, Chasity Rhoades (Zach) of Henderson, KY and Danielle Kurtz of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Brandy Barnettfox of Herrin, IL, Gene Kurtz of Henderson, KY and Scott Kurtz of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Alexis Vanvactor, Madison Kurtz, Adrienne Kurtz, Marianna Huerta (Pavon), Hayden Kurtz, Kamron Kurtz and Ke'shaun Kurtz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
