He is survived by: his sons, Keith Duffy (Mary Elizabeth) of Birmingham, AL, Steve Duffy (Danette) of Monroe, NC and Michael Duffy of Henderson, KY; and his sister Dorothy Butler of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
