He is survived by: his wife Anna Matthews of Henderson, KY; and his children, Rhonda Ann Haynes of Harned, KY, David Scott Matthews of Portage, MI and Shawn Corey Matthews of East Lansing, MI. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons.
