She was predeceased by : her parents, Nelson Terry and Louise Young Terry Thomas; her stepfather Hesse Thomas; her husband Marion O. Kendrick; her siblings, John Thomas, Charles Thomas, Hessekiah Thomas, Jr., Mary Elizabeth Terry and Dorothy Lee Terry Moss; and her granddaughter Tanya M. Fellows-Wilson.
She is survived by : her children, Nina Elaine Kendrick, Lawanda L. Oliver (Lewis) and Terrence O. Kendrick of Henderson, Kentucky; her grandchildren, James Fellows, Jr. (Shella), Dwayne H. Kendrick, Andrew J. Kendrick (De'Yonna), Alison D. McKinney (Dwayne) and Kirstie R. Kendrick; her great grandchildren, Jalil Fellows, Nikelle Fellows-Lowry, Matthew McMorris, Michael McMorris, Ethan Campbell, Ayden Kendrick, Thomas Kendrick, Asher Kendrick, Daxton Kendrick, Kira Fellows, Elise Fellows, Arielle Kendrick, Francis Kendrick, McKynna Kendrick, Avery Kendrick, Aliyah Kendrick and Willow Kendrick; her great great grandchildren, Rylee Fellows, Da'Kai Fellows-Lowry, Kaydence Fellows and Haydynn Fellows-Lowry; her sister-in-law Ella Thomas; and her friends, Shawn, Shannon, Hunter Hayden, Regina Ware, Donna Marshall and Melvin Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
