With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Eason of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 26, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack William and Mary Eason; his wife Diana; and his daughter Lori Schreiner. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sarah Birdwell (Jesse) of Cookeville, TN, Morgan Schreiner of Henderson, KY and Clay Schreiner of Henderson, KY; and his great grandchildren, Kylo Robinson and Scarlett Birdwell.
